Who can set up fundraising pages?
Just the person who did the main registration can set up a fundraising page. Ie – if you included others in your group, they are not able to have a page, however they are more than welcome to direct people that want to support them, to donate to the main registrants page.
If I decide I don’t want to run or walk, can I get a refund for my ticket?

Can I register over the weekend?
Yes absolutely – it would be best to email Raiseabundle@plunket.org.nz to make sure we send you the virtual race pack. You just won’t get the race bib to wear.
Where do I get my race day pack from?
Your race pack for each weekend will be sent to you via email by 5pm of the Thursday before the weekend. Please note the race packs are virtual race packs – with all the content in an email, not physical race packs. If you think you have missed receiving your race pack – please email Raiseabundle@plunket.org.nz.
When is the last date I can register to make sure I get a race bib?
We need to get your registration two weeks before the weekend that you want to start your Virtual Fun Run journey, to ensure you get your bib.
Is this event a race?
No this is not a race. This event is a non-competitive, fun event for all ages, stages and fitness levels. But, you are welcome to time yourself and try and beat your personal best! Log back into your page and fill your time in!
How do spot prizes work?
For just registering for one of the weekends, you’re in the draw to win some amazing spot prizes from our Event Partners and Product Partners. The winners will be drawn by 5.00pm on the Tueday following the weekend, and notified via facebook messenger and email.
What do I do after I have run or walked my distance?
Log back into your page – and upload your time (if you want to) or leave a comment. You are also welcome to upload an image. Please note – we have asked you in the registration page whether you are happy for us to share these photos on our own social media. Please ensure you have checked, or unchecked this box as relevant.
What is the money raised from this event going towards?
Plunket is a charity and although we have a government contract to deliver our Plunket nursing service (the WellChild Tamariki Ora Programme), everything we do above and beyond our nursing service such as parenting programmes, support groups, injury prevention education, toy libraries, is funded through the efforts of our fundraising teams through donations, grants, partnerships and fundraising events.
Does everyone in my family group have to run the same distance?
Yes you do! The person who sets up the registration gets to set the distance.
Do we have to run the same distance every weekend?
Yes for the purposes of the registration you do - but you are welcome to challenge yourself, and when you log back into your page, make a note of how far you ran or walked - and share it with your friends!
